Carving the lower arm is pretty much the same as carving the lower leg. First round off the wrist at the mark you made earlier.
Carve the lower part of the arm at an angle, rounding it as you carve.
Here’s a side view of what your arm should look like.
Next round the top mound right below the elbow.
Round off the wrist to make it smaller.
Carve down at an angle to make the arm smaller.
Carve away the mound until there’s a gentle mound, removing the “Popeye arm” look. Notice the elbow is just a slight indentation at this point. The elbow will become more prominent once you sand this area down.
